Mohua Pictures

Every morning we do some Te Reo and draw a picture of one of the new words we are learning.
We have also started our bird study so in Te Reo we are learning lots of Maori bird names.
Today we learned that Mohua is the Maori name for the Yellowhead which is an endangered forest bird in Aotearoa New Zealand.

The Year 4 and 5 students in our class are doing athletics so these are only the drawings of our Year 3 students.
